I named my practice Gentle Strength Wellness because I believe that achieving sustainable, vibrant health and a positive outlook in life requires being kind and gentle with ourselves. It's about connecting with our inner strength and allowing ourselves the necessary space and time to work towards our health goals. Through this process, we can cultivate a sense of well-being and purpose that aligns with who we are.
This journey isn't about seeking quick fixes or taking the hard and fast route. It's a lifelong journey that requires mindfulness, compassion, love, gratitude, awareness, courage, and kindness towards ourselves. By embracing these qualities, we can live our best lives and become the best versions of ourselves.

It's all about long-term results and lasting changes when it comes to your health and well-being. That's why there are no one-size-fits-all programmes. I work with each individual and cater our sessions based on where you want to start and how you want to approach your health. Our sessions can include positive psychology coaching, mindfulness training and practices, and even a singing bowl session if that's what you need.
We tend to view our body mainly on the physical level. Still, scientists have proven that we are all energetic beings and are greatly influenced by vibrations, frequencies and energetic fields. Singing bowls therapy is a complementary modality that helps us realign and balance our energetic bodies.
When your body and mind are in stressful states, it can be hard and exhausting to make changes in your life. Singing bowls can offer a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that can bring balance, relaxation, and a sense of calm to your whole being.
I am here to hold a neutral and safe space for you to open up and explore aspects of your life that are not serving you right now.
